This presentation will cover the most current updates to wetland/stream permitting (Federal and State of IN), wetland and stream banking/in-lieu fee, floodway/floodplain permitting (including the new No-Rise rules), and Endangered Species Act (ESA) that are pertinent to IMAA members.
