Jim Reilman

Jim is currently in his 25th year with INDOT and has been the State Materials Engineer for the past 3 years. He oversees the Materials Engineering Group at INDOT which consists of Aggregates, Asphalt, Concrete, and Materials Services. Prior to that he has held positions in Bridge Design, Construction Field Engineer, and Capital Programs Project Management.
