Jenifer Padgett, CMSP, PHR

Jenifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Indiana State University, is a Certified Mining Safety Professional, as well as a MSHA Part 48 Unlimited Approved Instructor.

She has 29 years of experience in the safety field with about half of those in the mining industry. She has trained miners at over 100 sites, in the US and internationally, to work safely and to comply with MSHA regulations and has spent a significant amount of time working directly with MSHA and MSHA inspectors.
