Shuo Li

I am a research engineer at the Division of Research, Indiana Department of Transportation, specializing in pavement friction and traffic safety. I have been in this role since 2002 and have overseen our pavement friction test program for more than 20 years. My work focuses on improving road safety and pavement friction performance through applied research.
