2026 Winter Workshops Speaker Information & Form
On behalf of the Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association, we want to thank you for accepting our invitation to present part of the program during our 2026 Winter Workshops. This year the workshops are being held at the JW Marriott Hotel, 10 South West Street, Indianapolis, Indiana on February 2 – February 4, 2026.
The IMAA Winter Workshops are well attended and we expect approximately 300 people for the Tuesday General Session and over 400 attendees overall. Attendees include all levels of management, operations, sales, environmental and safety personnel from numerous crushed stone, sand and gravel plants across Indiana.
Please complete the speaker form below to include a brief biography for introductory purposes and our event program materials. Please submit the speaker form by Friday, January 30th so that we may have enough time to compile the information and print the event programs.
We ask that your presentation be formatted in MS PowerPoint. We will provide a microphone, laptop computer, projector and screen for your presentation. Please email a copy or your presentation to katie@indmaa.org by January 31st so that we may have it loaded and ready to present (be sure to bring a back-up on a flash drive just in case!). If you have any issues or questions regarding your presentation format, please contact me before January 31st. Please see the proposed agenda below to confirm your speaking date and time. Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before your presentation begins and check in at the IMAA registration desk so we may direct you to your speaking location. The IMAA registration desk and presentations will be on the White River Ballroom (1st) level of the JW Marriott conference space.
